Lots of us have taken our cars into shops to get one repair done and leave with 3 new issues that werenβt there when you took it in. Until I found this shop. They are open and honest, I have never felt confident my car is going to come back better than I left it. Took my 2005 Mustang to this shop after years of bad experiences with others. My engine broke and they got me a great price on a new one compared to 3 other shops I have been to. The engine swap was done perfect. After 500 miles I took it back in for a warranted oil change and the car has run smooth ever since. I would always be back here to get any of my vehicle issues diagnosed and repaired. They are extremely kind and know what they are doing. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from Top Gear Auto. I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan for $5,450 and, in under 60 days (and under 100 miles of driving), I took the car in for a possible coolant leak and overall check. The findings were shocking - nearly $9,000 in necessary repairs, including a failing turbocharger, active coolant leak, significant oil leaks, and even a broken rear coil spring. To be sure this wasnβt just one opinion, I took the car to a second independent mechanic. Their assessment closely matched the first, confirming that these were real and serious issues, not inflated estimates as TGA replied to me, when I reached out. One of the most concerning findings was evidence of prior improper repairs, including zip ties being used to secure critical components, which is not standard or acceptable practice. Itβs hard to understand how something like that would not have been caught during a thorough inspection prior to sale. I was told the water pump had been replaced before purchase, yet it is currently leaking and needs to be replaced again. That alone raises serious concerns about the quality of work done prior to the sale. Yes, the veh

To anyone reading this comment: I strongly recommend bringing your car to this shop if you value professionalism, honesty, and fair pricing. Here is the reason behind my recommendation. A few months ago, I didnβt even know this mechanic existed. I randomly searched online when I started having issues with the catalytic converter on my Toyota RAV4. I decided to drive to the garage, where the problem was quickly diagnosed and the converter was replaced at a very reasonable price. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the cost. Because of that positive experience, I later decided to bring our Honda Odyssey to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. We scheduled a convenient time to bring in the car, and the job was completed professionally. Now the car runs like new. What I really appreciate is that he always makes sure you are aware of anything unusual he notices during the inspection, and he ensures that good-quality parts are used. Thank you for the excellent work!

After a bad experience elsewhere, I brought my Mercedes Benz E350 2014 to this shop. We spoke on the phone first, and the mechanic inspected the car. They checked both the main and auxiliary batteries. They confirmed both were healthy and original. No unnecessary replacements were suggested. They identified the real issue quickly. Re inserting a specific fuse fixed the auto start problem. As discussed on the phone, the diagnosis was completely free. I was not charged even a penny. That level of honesty is genuine and legitimate. I highly recommend this place for clear and trustworthy service.
